    I have emailed Sales >3 times, called 2 times, to request support in determining what type of fiber cabling I have installed in my residence; all referenced on the codes printed on the main fiber cable coming into my residence. It seems that finding out this information should not be a huge issue, right? Just look at the pictures I have submitted via email, return my calls or reply and tell me to go for a long walk; anything would be better than their lack of communication. I finally reached someone in sales named "Ashley", while she was cold as a dead fish when she answered the phone, I had to dig and ask what her name was (she did not announce herself) and if she worked in Sales. She was so rude that I BARELY provided her for the reason for my call and she blurted out, "We don't sell to homeowners". I already knew that as I had performed extensive research prior to calling them to request information. While I was in mid-sentence explaining, "Ashley" transferred me to Tech Support, because she was too ride of a person to be professional. "Ashley" is the face of this company as far as I am concerned, and she is as cold and unprofessional as they come. "Ashley", if you had given me the opportunity, you would have heard why I was calling to request a minute of someones time, but you were being a rude and miserable person to those around you. You may be 'Atlanta Natives', but you need some Southern Training in the areas of Respect and Courtesy. EDITED: I did not stop trying and I was able to contact some GREAT and WONDERFUL Superior Essex managers and caring employees. I received TOP NOTCH Support from them after calling back several more times. I informed them that "Ashley" had acted unprofessional and that she had not treated me with the care reflecting their company (expected) culture; they ALL took it seriously. "Ashleys" manager took time to contact me about the interaction with her and listened to my concerns, all the time creating a bond between us, that was sincere leadership; He advised that he dealt with the matter internally. If I EVER have need for their product, Superior Essex will be on the tip of my tongue and my first choice! I am beyond pleased with the company and their Ethics appear to be industry leading! Changing from a 1 STAR to a WELL DESERVED 5-STAR rsting!
