Terrible customer service. Took them a month to reply to an email, and waited another month for their reply when after we responded to their email. We also called them and the customer service rep seemed rude

Worst customer service, they don't even HAVE a number in service PERIOD. That is signs of a shift seedy company. I am trying to find a replacement battery for a friend and I can't get anywhere with it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!

Kids ii has the worst customer service. My issue has still yet to be rectified. I returned my item, yet never received my refund. I have called in on several different occasions inquiring about my refund and have been given a different story each and every time. The customer service representatives told me that corporate deals with the issue and conveniently “they are closed,” they closed early today,” they aren’t in the office today,” and “no one is there to answer their phone call.” My tracking number clearly shows my item was returned, yet now I am stuck with no refund and no item. You’d think a children’s company would have better morals then this...unbelievable.
