TBI Airport Management

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this job for anybody it’s a joke like literally you go threw so much for nothing little pay this company is trash !! The lady that works at the desk with the heavy accent is VERY rude …. This place is so unorganized and ghetto and unprofessional I worked here for 3 days and quit ! The lack of communication. Everybody is all over the place if your Educated and know your wroth do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IT IS NOT WORTH IT !!! It’s not what you think you is it’s a joke like literally!!!!!! I have never felt bad about loosing a job but it wasn’t worth to keep ! The distance the time the pay is horrible !!!

I had the pleasure of meeting two excellent employees who went above and beyond helping me during my trip to Atlanta. One was the amazing Anita Frazier! Always with a smile on her face, glowing, sure enough to brighten your day :) She looked put together, was very professional and gave me honest advice. Anita was kind and made me feel welcomed, she genuinely cared and treated me like family! :) I also met the gorgeous (inside and out!) Kimberly :) She was super professional and took the time to listen, something I really appreciate. Kimberly went the extra mile helping me plan my trip. She gave me specific instructions and that helped me saving money and most importantly, time! I am very thankful with both! These beautiful ladies are a true example of outstanding customer service. Any company should feel proud for having such as excellent and dedicated employees.

On Dec 10, I arrived at ATL international terminal. Being very tired from a non-stop flight from Tokyo I left an item in an overhead bin. I remembered it too late to return to the plane. When I mentioned it to a TBI employee, the young man graciously, and without my expecting it, went to the plane and retrieved my item. Thank you, Joshua Tinch. You are a true asset to your company. Thank you for being so kind to an old woman traveling alone!

I wouldn’t work here unless you absolutely need money. If not it’s a waste of time. This organization is very unprofessional and unorganized . Not what I expected so I quit within a week. If you’re educated and have a valuable set of skills DO NOT waste your time
