Just google Kia engine. Inferior parts = lawsuit . Failing to respond got them 137 million dollars in fines . Fighting with consumer affairs EVERY DAY to get them to replace my blown engine . Customer service is beyond words . Atrocious . No one cares ! Will NEVER . EVER buy this brand again . Engines catching on fire and STILL they refuse to take responsibility . God awful . Never again . 36 days my sportage has sat waiting for corporate to approve a repair

We have two Kia Souls, a 2016 and a 2018. A week ago my daughter got in a horrible wreck driving the 2016 to work. She rolled the car twice and hit a tree. She was able to walk away due to her Kia crumpling the way it was designed to and all the airbags deploying. We will be purchasing another Soul when we are able. Thank you for designing such a safe car.

Horrible car!! I have a 2015 Kia Optima. It started making a slight knocking sound around September 2020. I called and was told that it was an engine knock sensor and that it was ok to drive while I waited on my appt at my local dealership. Got the sensor fixed but it was still making the knocking noise. I went to drive it back to the dealership and the car didn't even make it to the end of my road. Less than 1 mile and the engine made a pop sound and the car shut completely down. KIA is not helping in any way because the car is just over 100000 miles. It wasn't when I first contacted them with the issue. Now I'm stuck paying on a car I cannot drive. I also had to purchase another car so that I'd have transportation. I WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY A KIA.I WILL MAKE SURE MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS DON'T EITHER. I WILL LEAVE A REVIEW EVERYWHERE I CAN.
