        I had to contact this office and was very disappointed with the lack of customer service and professionalism. I spoke to Kathy Jones and she was extremely rude. She acted as if it was a major inconvenience to have to deal with a simple question over the telephone. It’s not like it was a personal phone call, I’m sure she is being compensated to work and answer questions. I was very taken back by her nasty responses, I’m so happy I hardly have to deal with this office.
