A Career Nanny's choice for TOP AGENCY! They only represent true nanny professionals and other agencies will accept candidates with hardly any experience and then there are many competing for jobs. It is very aggravating to work with those agencies and they wonder why the job doesn't work out, but this agency-Their requirements are a lot higher to meet for the nanny. I will say it takes some time to get into this agency, but well worth the wait! They work with so many high paying jobs and exactly what I am seeking. This agency has been around for over 20 years, and they know how to sell you as a nanny. I was nervous about getting the rate I wanted as most agencies said I could not make this rate in here, but they worked to get it for me. I am very disappointed in other agencies as they kept saying this is what the rate is versus based on my education, experience, and staying with each of my families for years. Other agencies will accept anyone that says that they have nanny experience, I recommend nannies and more over and over again.

Excellent service! This agency represents candidates that have experience and long term placements. I had my nanny for over 3 years and she is my right hand! She is moving soon and I will only use them. They understand my needs and recognized seasoned candidates. I need someone that will last with me and they understand my needs!
