        Instructors are great. I'm getting back in shape and learning a new skill. I've been in class a week and a half and I've lost 5lbs my stomach is going down and I'm getting toned. I feel much better less tired really gets my blood flowing and man I don't think i use to sweat this much in my high school days. They accommodate with childcare and the live Dj is nice. I look forward to class and I feel great when I leave. They give me the push I need to get back in shape
