Spoke on the phone with a Stephan- nice and responsive. During these pandemic times I have experienced terrible customer service with long wait times and flippant operators- so when I have a good experience it really stands out! Professional, helpful in getting me an update on my case and a phone appointment scheduled.

I scheduled an appointment with them for 4:30pm. Arrived at 4:32p and they were closed. I traveled a long way to come to their office. I called the main line and was told I a never had an appointment at 4:30. Even though the text reminder I received said 4:30. So unprofessional. I dont even want to work with them.

Google says open on Fridays but its actually closed. I waited an hour thinking they were on lunch. Theres no sign that says closed on Friday. I had to call the number.
