Very unprofessional, lazy and rude! I will never use them again. I work with investors and could have brought them a lot of business but never again.

If I could give negative stars I would. I closed with this attorney almost 2 years ago and was never informed of the gap in the chain of title on my home. It was noted to my mortgage company within a list of other items the closing attorney was to complete prior to closing, but the gap was never closed. It wasn’t until I was denied the homestead exemption by the county, that I was ever made aware of the problem. It took me 5 months to get the title insurance to fix the issue that should have been fixed prior to closing. 5 months of not knowing what was going to happen with the roof over mine and my child’s head. 5 months of paying a much higher mortgage because the taxes were paid through escrow and were higher without the homestead. The office location I closed at has since (my closing) shut it’s doors and been emptied out.
