Called and had a over the phone consultation/case evaluation. Spent about 45 minutes of our time going into all the details required. We were then told that we would receive an call or email within 24 hours regarding our case. Well 1 week later, no phone call or email, we obviously had to go with a different lawyer.

Dont trust this law firm. I spent over 30 min giving details about my issue because I was encouraged to give as much detail as possible. A day later I received an email that said we can not represent you. Fair enough. I called and asked for a reason why...they said sorry..they aren't any notes on your file. So basically we dint have reason. So after I gave names about my case and now you cant tell me why. I feel their just collecting information. Find a different law firm to give you a professional feedback about your case.

I spoke with Jennifer, who was very rude, impatient and not very receptive. I ended up talking to her supervisor, Barbara, who was professional and apologetic and who blamed her alleged behaviour possibly upon her medication. She also let me know how outstanding Jennifer normally is. It was very apparent that my concerns were not the priority at this law firm. By the way, I was never rude and didn't argue with Jennifer at all, just asked to speak with her supervisor after detecting a negative vibe.The lawyers may be great but I will never know now. I decided to take my retainer and my business to another law firm that treated me like a welcomed, prospective client.
