        I am dealing with a Jamie and she is rude and have no respect for personal values or customer service. You don’t ask people can you get money from somewhere else, you don’t threaten people and then hang up like you just set a fire and walked away. THIS ISN’T A MOVIE! You are dealing with someone’s livelihood! She is nasty and a liar! She says in April or May that this is the only time we will have a settlement and then on today she gives me another settlement. She is not friendly and nor understanding. I wish I had Eric!

        Quick and efficient service! Didn’t even know I had an account go into collections and the person who helped me did so professionally and quickly and assured me it would not effect my credit. (So long as it was paid 🤣) It was a bummer that I still owed money but they way it was handled made it much better ☺️
