My overall experience was "GREAT! Choosing Taps & Associates to handle my case was the best decision ever. When I call their office I was beyond distraught after a "HIT & RUN". I was hit by a drunk driver that left the scene of the accident, causing injury to my body and my vehicle. I had no idea what to do I thought I was just at a loss for my activity of daily living and my transportation. After having a brief conversation with Portia and Karen I was quickly sent for medical attention to include surgery...and my car was put in the auto mechanic shop for repair. Portia and Karen understood my situation, they were very insightful, efficient! Karen, was personable (checking on me often and after medical procedures), " truly professionals."
