I have used many attorneys in my 20 years in healthcare. Some are good and some not so good! My experience with this firm (Adam) is over priced and under delivered. Very little customer service skills. They are the typical attorney with an imaginary hourly clock they run up. One conversation was “oh price might be less since we are duplicating a previous contract we did for you”. The very next conversation about fees was “we may be a little over on the hours”. “Over on hours might end up being twice the hours we agreed upon for that contact.” Then they could not get me a bill to confirm “imaginary hours and fees” for almost 3 months due to covid as they say they were closed. Yet Adam was working enough to call and inquire if I wanted to hire him in processing a small business Paycheck Protection Program loan. I did not use him. Today I finally received my bill and they mistakenly added $700 from another client on my bill. They are way more aggravation than they are worth!
