The phone number they list isn't even working so I am not sure if this business is even still around. These guys nearly torpedoed my closing three years ago due to their incompetence. I would not recommend.

I have been working with Laird & Associates for 20 years and have always been very pleased w/ the professionalism and communication. If there is ever a problem with any facet of the transaction the attorney, Rich, does an awesome job of smoothing it out. To me, that is a closing attorney’s greatest value proposition and Rich Laird does it the best!

Rich and team are professional and responsive. Great office space - like no other closing attorney - in hip Inman Park. I am an investor and use them for all my closings!
