I am more than happy with the service I got from the Chestney & Sullivan Law Firm for my case. They knew all the things that were handled wrong just from our first conversation and that gave me confidence. Even when I had my little questions of concern (which were no real concerns) throught the process, they were always available or they got back to me THE SAME DAY. The process was so easy that my only task was to relax and let them do their work. I was assured everything would be okay by the second time we met. Not only was okay, it ended amazingly for me!! A complete dismissal of the case, even when I did things that I for sure would have had me convicted! It was worth every penny!!! Thank you Chestney & Sullivan Law Firm. And special thank you to James 'Skip' Sullivan for handling my case and Janet Hamm for always answering the calls and getting my messages, no matter how small, to Mr. Sullivan.

I don't highly recommend this law firm.Paid $3,000 to James Skip Sullivan and still was charged with a dui less safe.Wasted money,avoided jail time, and 2 charges out of six on my driving record.I had 2 choices on my court date of 8/31/2017. Plea guilty for dui less safe/super speeder as the other charges get dropped or another $2,000 to take a high risk in jury trial and be charged for all 6 charges of this if the lawyer lose when i was only issued five tickets released from Jail in 2016 of July.Thanks for getting over on me.I still end up with a Dui less safe charge,super speeder,dui school $360, 240hours community service, random etg lab Test that i have to pay out of pocket when this Cobb county p.o. calls my phone each month, constantly have to be torchered to report to this p.o. if she sends me certified mail to come up the road,& this has been the worst day of my life.This lawyer James Sullivan knew this judge Lake and had my entire case moved to cobb from Power Springs.I was NOT issued a 1205 form to obtain a work permit and my license has currently been suspended for about 2 years now.I feel that I could've dealt with a court appointed lawyer and spoke on my behalf to receive the same punishment.I learned to NOT trust no lawyer because they all work with the court system to get over on me and thats not right.The law is the law and the law is Not fair.God dont like ugly, and I'm guilty with no kind of breath,blood,& urine evidence too.James Sullivan doesn't communicate well with me as a client as i was paying him for his services too.
