Later on in the night There were bees in my kitchen in my apartment. My kid and I are afraid for our lives and I can't even get ourselves to walk downstairs. Every time I visit the front desk, there's always a staffer talking on the phone or engaging in gossip, and there's no emergency number to call. It appears that there is a crack in the back door since the bees managed to get through it. Spring is approaching, so why do you guys even have it set up such that insects may fly inside of houses? Please save your time and money if you are viewing this. The management is unconcerned with your issues. I don't understand how they let their residents live like this.

COURTNEY ATTITUDE IS ALWAYS NASTY & SHE SPEAKS BADLY ABOUT TENANTS. MAINTENANCE IS HORRIBLE THEY HAVE MULTIPLE WORK ORDERS AND YOU WONT SEE THEM UNTIL MONTHS LATER . CODE ENFORCEMENT WILL BE CALLED OUT!

SAVE YOUR MONEY & YOUR TIME!!!
Been a resident for a year now and they're becoming more and more unprofessional. The ladies in the rent office are rude and they can barely help you with anything. The mailroom has been out of order for two months now, the gate has NEVER worked and with that being a listed factor with your home IT SHOUD BE FIXED but they worried about the parking lot being redone. Every other month is something new going on in my unit, from pest to leaks, to the heat and A/C. They move and get things done on their own time. You'll never be a valued resident don't allow those first impressions to fool you. OVERALL: the home itself is spacious.

Ive lived here since April , the application process was stressful as they denied me although I made way more than 3x the rent. But now, 8 months into my lease this is a nightmare. My cabinets are leaking an unknown liquid which has an extremely pungent smell, which is also bringing out roach droppings all over my cabinets, from God knows where. I had food in the cabinets where the roach droppings started leaking with this liquid and its ruined my groceries. My stove is rusted from all the leaking into the burners and Ive called for weeks with no repair or even care. This is extreme negligence. I called again earlier to the office (and I finally got an answer because they NEVER answer the phone) and the woman who answered was so rude and nasty. She says what happened to you yesterday the plumber came to check your unit and you didnt let him in why would I not let them in? Come to find out they went to another unit, NOT MINE. I have a 2 year old baby who has to live amongst roach droppings, a broken window in the winter, gas leaks, and fluid leakage from my oven range and cabinets. These conditions are unlivable. Im 13 weeks pregnant and whatever this smell is that Ive had to breathe in every day is not healthy and they are purposely neglecting this run down unit. This unit has things from past residents in the bathroom that Ive complained about and no one has done anything. Dirty toothbrushes, q tips, roach droppings in the bathroom drawer. This is unacceptable and they have the nerve to raise the rent. Do not move here, nobody cares because they dont have to live in it.
