        Worst management ever. Cheap renovations. They are breaking all kinds of HUD rules which have been reported. No sympathy for residents during a backwards renovation. Manager on site now is rude and very disrespectful. Big Bethel AME Church, the primary owner, has no control over bad management and the partners they have gotten bed with. Rest assured change will come.

        They based on income so thats good. Laundry room was good. Apartment was straight. Maintenance was quick. They gave me a 2 bdrm for me and my daughter. But the ladies in the front office are so rude. I didnt last a year. I had 2 go. But its good if u need something quick for u and your kids. I was only on the list like 4 months.
