I stopped by for a tour without an appointment and Brendan was super accommodating so I was able to do a detailed self guided tour.. he sent all of the info I needed for the units I toured to my email immediately. Concierge were very nice and welcoming.

Gorgeous ARTISTIC and sexy vibe in the heart of Midtown. The different common areas and fitness/pool are not your traditional design. The Registry is way More than just another apartment building !!

We lived here for nearly 2 years and loved it. A wonderful team and the concierge staff are absolutely lovely people. Shout out to David and Jeremy. Sad to leave, and highly recommend it to anyone.

I lived here for 2 years and my overall experience was pretty good until the end. During the first year here, we had the old management (the apartment was sold to another company) and they were top-tier. They paid attention to every detail, the application/move-in process was easy, we had breakfast every Wednesday morning that was on time and the concierge and leasing staff were some of the kindest people.
Since the new management took over things are not been the same. It is the little things that go unnoticed. Plus the prices are going up and it is getting ridiculous. From when we first moved in to now, the current list price has gone up $800+/month over two years.
For the 60 days notice when it comes to moving out, that is where they will try to get you and get money out of you. For people who are looking to live here or currently do, be proactive about this or you will end up paying more! There is also no active communication about this other than an email (which they do on purpose). I think the biggest issue overall is that we get that there are rules but there was zero empathy or flexibility, especially considering that we were great renters and had a good experience thus far. What made me the most upset is that there was an employee in the leasing office, in particular, that was rude during this process and almost made a mockery of us.
Overall this is one of the nicest complexes in Atlanta. The parking for guests is free and you can not beat the views. The maintenance is very proactive and gets issues resolved quickly. Since the management was taking over, there are still good people here, especially at the concierge but my experience with the leasing office was not as great.
