        The maintenance staff here is amazing. Had a few issues when a water heater getting replaced and with my furnace blowing a board. Tony watts the service manager came out immediately with Louis Douglas to help fix the issue. Now I have heat and hot water coming back to my unit. This apartment complex is amazing lived here over a year. Its a very quiet and safe neighborhood. If you're considering getting an apartment in Sandy Spring, GA I highly recommend The Overlook Sandy Springs!
