This complex took my money and cancelled my application without letting me know after I was reapproved. Called, emailed, and texted for 2 days straight and could not get in contact with anyone.

Brittany, and all other staff here, have been so professional, kind, helpful and prompt! Brittany is an actual superheroine who works above her paygrade and has legit gotten me out of jams. Three times she's taken a moment from her busy day showing apartments and tending to resident needs to use her keycard and let me back inside the gate because I left mine in my apartment on my way to the mailroom or box disposal. One time my husband thought the elevator was stuck with him inside and me at home. I was about to call in to a meeting and suddenly found myself thinking, oh man, should I go try to wedge my husband out of the elevator and not call in? Brittany's professionalism and calm assurance on the phone was the only thing that prevented me from having an actual panic attack before he figured out he just needed to hit the "open door" button. Easy walk to excellent restaurants. Great proximity to Publix, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, & Aldi. Walkable to brunch, lunch, dinner. Super dog-friendliness inspired by adjacent dog bar makes for adorable neighbor-watching. :) Come for the pet-friendliness. Stay for Brittany!!
