5 stars 100% really based off the fact that I have never had a personal problem here, when I signed my lease 2 years ago it was with Jada in a time I needed help the most Ive only yet resigned because shes still here and makes everything just run so much more smoothly I probably wouldve left if she wasnt working here anymore. She helps with all my problems if I have any even on her off day and I appreciate her so much for that if your looking to rent ask for Jada.

Recently moved into Courtland less than a week ago, I was helped by Jada in the leasing office. Jada did an amazing job getting back to me with any questions or concerns were. She also provided a lot of information that was very helpful. The community is beautiful and leasing/property staff do an amazing job making sure we felt welcome ,and really appreciate all of their efforts in making our move happen.

Jada is Great, she has answered most of my questions swiftly in a timely manner& if she wasnt able to get back in contact with me she would reach out to me that very next day. Jada is very kind & patient.

Lived here from 2019-2022. The apartments were fine, and maintenance took good care of any problems we had, A++ there. The shared spaces, elevators, and hallways were immaculately clean during the week when cleaning staff were scheduled to work, A++ for Maria. The office staff rotated frequently and was hit or miss, some of them were great, others not so much. The valet trash service was unreliable and more work than it was worth, both when it was handled by a third party company and cortland itself. Ultimately, your experience here will vary greatly based on your neighbors, as the walls and floors are tissue paper thin. When I lived on the first floor I shared a bedroom wall with a DJ that streamed live sets (with speakers and subwoofer cranked) on twitch, often well after quiet hours. The office and "security" were not helpful at all to resolve the situation. Things were better once I moved upstairs, until a year later when someone below me started running a day care operation out of the apartment. 3-4 screaming kids, running around, stomping, all day, every day. Nothing was done until a domestic violence situation took place (they argued often, you could hear everything), the police were involved and shortly after they were no longer living there. There was also a period where the fire alarm would go off at random, and if it happened at night nobody was around to turn it off. Sometimes it kept coming back on, over and over... people were sleeping in their cars. I'd rate 5 stars if not for these situations, but they happened and Cortland failed to resolve them in a timely manner, if at all. It also always smelled like weed, not a deal breaker for me, but be aware of it if the "non-smoking community" is a draw for you.

My husband and I have been living here for the past two years and we have enjoyed living here! There have been a few hiccups along the way but between the ladies in the office and maintenance team, it has been amazing. Speaking of maintenance, out of all of the guys who have come through, Will is literally one of the best! He is so so so attentive and always smiling and willing to help whenever and however he can! He truly is the best part of this community! Whenever I have requests he is always quick to respond and always doing it with a smile on his face and just the best energy, I have never seen him frown or show any negative energy whenever I see him working around the property. He makes every maintenance request feel less awkward having a stranger in your place and more welcoming. I also wanted to add how welcoming and loving Jada and Courtney are in the leasing office. There is never a moment where I encounter them not smiling or laughing at something. They truly are the best part of this community!
