Very basic. We chose this hotel for its location. Found it to be a stripped down version of your typical Marriott. No maid service, no complimentary breakfast, no full length mirror in the room. They're even charging for coffee in the lobby. Beware of noisy construction next door and very thin walls. Next time we will try another place.

The hotel manager went me email confirming reservations and staring that my money would be taking out on or around September 16th for the reservation that I put in for on Jan 28th. Which they took out.I was called today while packing the vehicle for the trip and the hotel canceled my reservation. Really two days before my arrival. With no way to use the money that the hotel took for a room that they now say they do not have. Will never book a Courtyard Marriott again .

I give this location 4 stars.  Compared to last week this is a resort.  Only reason not a 5 is there is some wear and tear in the hallways.  Hey the Ice machines work.  Staff is great.  Location to campus and business is great.  Room is awesome and everything works.  I'll stay here again and would recommend this location.
