Pete and Alan came out when they said they would. Got right on the job. After discussion my options and what I would prefer. I needed to replace a gas water heater. I really appreciated the time they took to explain the options the cost and time of each option. To me thats beyond service. They made sure I understood the workings of the gas heater. And safety measures Thank you so much. The work was fantastic.

I was told that a plumber would be out from 8am-9am. Nobody showed up until almost 10 and they said it was an 8-10:30 window. Ok, maybe I was wrong but Im ocd about my calendar so I doubt it. Nothing was mentioned about a call fee or service fee.
The plumber was nice but charged me $200 to locate a leak that I pointed out. Nothing has been fixed but my wife paid it. I never would have written a check. It took a few minutes but it was a screw hole in a drain pipe. He used my saw to cut the drywall and he even missed 2 other screw holes in the drain pipe. Oof.

Called Pete's Plumbing to replace a hose bib, install new piping for our master shower and relocate lines for our tub. They were absolutely fantastic. The two technicians were very friendly, informative and got the job done in a timely manner. I will be reaching out to them again for all of our plumbing work.
