They pumped our septic and explained well what they were doing, then they used cameras to inspect it, and once again, explained it all. They gave me some great tips for maintenance in the future vs adding any chemicals and I appreciated this.
One suggestion- be more upfront with your prices- was quoted one price but told "if there was trash" it would be more. Trash? No- we don't put trash down the drain. Extra $200 due to "trash" and overfull septic- would have been nice to know these upfront rather than after the pumping was done to find out I had an extra $200 to pay
