Core Bodyworks is a wonderful studio in an historic building. The instructors, especially Lisa, Lauren, Katye and Christine, are exquisitely trained and handle clients from rank beginner to advanced in an atmosphere of acceptance and respect.

Having been active and athletic most of my life and developing back issues, I wanted to find a way to strengthen my core, and be more flexible. In my search for change I decided to try yoga. If I had any skepticism, Lisa Browning of Corebody Works changed my mind the first time I walked into the quaint, warm and peaceful studio. Lisa's positive energy, expertise and close attention working with your individual needs makes you comfortable from day one. I have worked with personal trainers before and left feeling intimidated.
