We bought a home in one of the Bentwater communities on 4/28 and needed to know a few things regarding the HOA and how to use the pool and other amenities and installing a privacy fence. So we went to the Bentwater home owners association and were greeted by Harriet Saunders who was very pleasant and friendly. She informed us on how the process worked and gave us the information we needed to start the process and told us we'd receive a packet in the mail in a week with details on rules and regulations.After we were through conducting our business Ms. Saunders gave us a warm smile and welcomed us to the community . We had a great experience during our visit to Bentwater HOA and Ms. Saunders was so courteous and professional. Great job!

Ive asked the HOA presdient four times to meet with me in good faith and she refused. The CC&Rs specifically state for any dispute, try to amicably resolve issues before attorneys/litigation get involved. My wife was harassed and threatened by the CMA worker. A formal complaint was sent to the HOA board about her unethical behavior, but the letter was ignored without any investigation.
The HOA president lied by omission and falsely accused me two times about my home. Her accusations were proven false. No apology or reimbursement of money I was forced to pay from her false accusations.
Bad leaders never know when to step down.
