Joe is amazing. We couldnt have asked for a better realtor. Ive had amazing service with Tuscawilla Realty before, so I wouldnt have considered going to anyone else. Joe treats you like family and goes the extra mile in all phases of the buying/selling process. Our buyers lender backed out on them at the last minute and he was able to suggest a new lender and still had us on track for closing. This was a huge plus for all parties involved. If I could give 10 stars I would. Honest, dependable and so hard working! Thank you, Joe!

Amazing service from Joe Lopez. After our mother passed away, our lawyer recommended Joe Lopez as a good realtor to assist in selling her house "as is". It was a real journey, the house still had all of our parents belongings in it and had not had any repairs for years. You would think it would be easy to have people come and just take their stuff, but it was not, everyone wanted money to pick it up. Joe assisted us while we got rid of a house full of unwanted furniture, clothing and all of the miscellaneous items. The house was quickly sold with some negotians with the buyers and Joe's guidance. Joe was wonderful to work with. He was quick to reply to all questions and kept us informed quickly of any and all changes.
We are so grateful for his superb assistance and would recommend him highly to anyone who needed property or needed to sell property.
