This location I have not had any interaction with. The following review is regarding the Orlando location. DO NOT USE. Seth and his assistant Heidi made us feel that our mortgage was not important to them. They constantly said they were too busy, and documents were not reviewed in a timely fashion. This actually caused our closing to be changed from a Wednesday to a Friday when my wife and realtor were sitting at the title company for closing and Seth had to call to say the loan wire would not be funded, causing us to return on Monday. From day one, Seth told my wife and Realtor there would be no problems and she was approved. Seth claimed to talk to his supervisor when pressured to close, but still could not get the deal done on time. The underwriting team is also horrible, once again documents were not reviewed and with each item submitted they asked for something new. In the end they would not allow over $100,000 of documented income, shown on paystubs to be used. Please we highly recommend you use another company for your mortgage, as not to go through the stress and pressure that we were placed under.
