Dr Smith is a very tender dentist. My complaints is the front desk. They never answer the phone, you cant get connect with them. They sent me text stating a specific insurance was no longer an option, when I tried calling back, no answer. I drove 30 mins for my appointment only to have a call 5 mins before to cancel. Very frustrating. If I had missed the appointment they would charge, whos paying for my gas to come here and waste my time!

Had an appointment for my daughter, unfortunately went into the hospital with an emergency and ended up having surgery. I called as soon as my daughter reminded me (from ORMC) and let them know, they wanted to charge a no call no show fee! I tried to reschedule and was reminded, repeatedly, that we failed to call/show, even after I offered a doctors note to show my admit through the ER! Not even basic empathy or understanding for a bad situation, just looking for a way to make money. Actually disgusting. Im looking for literally ANYONE but Coast Dental for my family.

Excellent way of caring for patients, I went for cleaning and I loved it, the staff is friendly and very attentive.
