Andres Professional Services power-washed, sealed, and painted the exterior of our home and also sealed the pavers in our walkway and driveway. Andres and his team care deeply about doing excellent work and it really shows. The job was beautifully done and he and his team finished even faster than originally estimated. I highly recommend Andres Professional Services and will definitely use them again for upcoming flooring projects.

We had Andres and his team out to power wash our home, seal our driveway and paint our pergola. While not the cheapest game in town he was the best!!! Exceptional work, great care paid to our home and a really great group of guys. Would highly recommend!

Andres did a wonderful job sealing our porch and driveway area, He explained the work to be done step by step before doing it, and it was excellent. He and his team are very respectful and responsible people, without a doubt they are the best to carry out these jobs.

We had a great experience with Andres Professional Services and would definitely hire them again. They started by hot power washing the entire house and all the pavers. Great detail was paid to the guttering and eave area. They applied silicone in all the window areas and sealed all cracks. They put a lot of care into the garage doors, garage accents, front and back doors and coach lights. The main body and trim were done with a lot of care to ensure it was even and professional. Polymeric sand was placed between the pavers and then sealed with a wet look. They worked cleanly and we barely knew they were working on the house. The entire team worked efficiently and respectfully. Our opinion and acceptance of their work was always sought. Communication was easy and often. We definitely recommend them and are proud to support a Waterleigh neighbor!

Andres was friendly and professional.
We requested having our paver cleaned and sealed. He had a budget option and a bit more expensive professional grade. We went with the professional and are very happy with how it turned out.
Andres is passionate and does extra touches to make the pavers and surroundings look great.
He does not just spray the weeds or simply cut them off instead gently and meticulously pries open the joints and makes sure to remove the complete weed and roots. Then hot pressure washes all paver areas and surrounding exterior walls and soffits and even the screening of the lanai clean. The poly sand and sealer were top notch.
He was here everyday until completed and started and finished as scheduled. Highly recommended.
