We invited Kent Keoppel, the Owner of Floor Coverings International, to visit our home, bring floor samples of luxury vinyl planking, and give us an estimate to complete new flooring throughout the house. We had two other floor covering estimators visit us for the same purpose. Without question, Kent was most professional, had the best quality flooring, and the best prices!
Kent went right to work creating on his device, a measured floor plan of our condo and from that was easily able to figure the amount of flooring necessary. He was very patient with us as we moved samples into all the rooms to see how each sample piece coordinated with our paint and lighting. He had photos of installed floors and sketches to share with us. There was no pressure put on us by Kent who arrived with an additional sample at our request.
We were very concerned about what to do with our furniture because we knew we would not be able to move it for the floor to be completed. He assured us that would all be taken care of by his crew. The crew of two men arrived on the appointed day and spent time talking with us about what we wanted and developing a plan that worked for all of us. They had to remove and dispose of 5 rooms of carpet and take up tile in three rooms. They communicated with us every step of the way and were anxious to help and answer any questions we had. They were very respectful of our property, always on time and cleaned the workspace before they left each day. Every detail in each room had to be perfect. The crew chief told us he completed each job as if it was his own home.
We could not be more satisfied with our new floor. Thank you Floor Coverings International for going above and beyond anything we could have expected! We know we will love our new flooring for many years to come.

Beautiful job and most of the team was timely and professional. Kent was engaged and available throughout the process. Floors are a little darker than expected, but still nice. If I had any recommendations it would be to present larger samples for better depiction of final flooring. The small sample indicated the color I wanted but with the variations in the wood, the final product looks different from the sample. Again, its still pretty and the installation was professionally done.

Floor Coverings International Winter Garden is a great company to use if you are looking for new carpet. All of the staff is helpful, friendly and attentive. Mario was amazing as he came to our house with samples for what we were looking for and only that. I appreciated not being pushed into something I didn't want and having my time wasted. Mario was very knowledgeable and showed us different ways to look at the carpet choices in the light. That made a huge difference as what we thought we liked was not the right choice. One we made our choice, Mario was in constant contact with us on delivery days and worked with our schedules. Everything promised was delivered, timely delivery, friendly installers, removal and haul away of old carpet, clean up and a visit that day from Mario to inspect. We have had the carpet for a few months now and are extremely happy. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International Winter Garden.

They did a fabulous job on our carpet. Much easier than I thought it would be. We will probably have some tile replaced in the near future and we will definitely use them again. Thanks again.
