I sent every single document you requested and you never had the decency to get back to me.
After 7 days I called Jay. He basically told me, we have a bigger client that came in and you were not important enough to deal with. I had to drop time on your info to work on that client. No text, no message no apology.
We are a gay couple moving into Wilton Manors and I decided to give my business to a gay establishment. I explained that I had a home closing on Sept 30th and I need my rate to give the bank. Shameful on your company for treating me and my husband this way.

Monday I arrive the office is closed supposed to be opened .. I come back Tuesday all the lights are off again and door is locked again. I finally get a guy he’s working with every light off and the door locked and he gives me a attitude of course we are open… huh … I had my mask in hand (this is almost July 2021) and he gives me an attitude… Strangest office …. Creepy as F

I started doing business with Karl when he owned Signal Insurance over 20 years ago and even though Wilton Manors has changed ALOT since then one thing remains consistent and that's the amazing & knowledgeable service Karl has provided me... Not many people can say they love their insurance agent but I can!!
