My experience at the West Palm Beach Ketamine Health Center has been absolutely excellent! The staff is both professional and compassionate about helping their clients. They take the time to make sure you feel as comfortable as possible during your infusion. I have tried several treatments for depression, and ketamine is by far the best. I would highly recommend The West Palm Beach Ketamine Health Center to anybody who is looking to have their first ketamine treatment.

The Ketamine infusions have definitely been life changing. HIGHLY recommend to everyone, especially those dealing with any severe mental health issues. This location is incredible and the staff, nurses and providers are all extremely attentive, care about the well-being of patients and are always friendly faces to see. They check on you during your treatment and always make you feel extremely comfortable, safe and welcomed. Again, I highly recommend visiting the office, even if just for a consultation. Amazing experience and incredible staff!

I can’t say enough good things. Everyone is so helpful from first contact to the very end they truly care. The SGB has been a god send really helped me press the reset button. Would highly recommend.

What a wonderful experience! The staff was so welcoming and knowledgeable. They made everything a seamless experience, from making the apt to the wait time. I would recommend this establishment, as it is a prime example of what customer service should be.
