We purchased a warranty for our Range Rover from this dealer last year, however, the warranty they sold us is not compatible with our vehicle. We have been trying to cancel the policy, but the dealer has not been answering our calls nor have they sent us the cancellation document we personally signed at their finance office. We have contacted Gold Standard directly, and they have informed us that the cancellation policy is a straightforward process. We advise others to stay away from this dealer as they are not willing to cancel the policy and do not seem to be trustworthy.

Look at any other ratings besides google ratings for this company. I bought this car and had it delivered to Kansas. It looked like it had years of pet hair and dander, the front bumper was loose, the main screen had bubbles all over. None of this was shown in their photos. Returning the car costs 3-4K which was not disclosed. After the sale, the salesperson became completely dodgy, which turns out to be the theme here. Her supervisor also was dodgy as he would reconnect me to the original salesperson who would assure me that things will be taken care of, then she would never get back to me. After multiple times I have decided to let go and post here.
The sales person also sold me the completely wrong warranty, which means they need to write a check to the bank for $3500. It has been a month and this has not been done. Not a single time has anyone gotten back to me after they said they would.

Jeremy did a great job, learning what we were looking for and steering us in the right direction. He is honest and so personable! Hes new to the dealership but with lots of prior experience. We have purchased many cars over the years and he is one of the best salesman we have worked with. If you are looking for a new or used car, Jeremy is who you want to see.

When the car got wash and vacuumed the white streaks on my windshield and across the body of the vehicle could be unseen. I think it was just soap and sprayed left to dry. I rather not to have my vehicle wash if its not getting a hand dryer. Thats all I can say at this time.
