      image 2.2 overall rating is too good for this bank. We had a meeting at 3:30 with Greg Melanson. We come in and check in with the lady at the register, who tells to us to take a seat while Greg finishes his appointment. After 15 minutes, he finishes his meeting. He walks past us without saying anything and disappears for 15 minutes. After waiting for 30 minutes, he walks over to us: " Are you here for 3:30?, Yeah that's not gonna happen you need to reschedule. I have a 4:30 coming soon." Thanks Greg for one of the worst customer service experience.
