Staff was friendly and professional. Their prices are super inflated. I opted to go elsewhere for treatment. While I like that I was able to be seen quickly, Im concerned about a big corporation handling my dental care.

Did not know what to expect on first visit. Everything was first class. Cant say enough about my treatment, from the appointment, to the exams, to the procedures. Outstanding

This is my second bad experience with Aspen Dental and I just have to warn everyone of my experiences with this Company. Im having to come back and forth from South Carolina to Florida for my Wifes cancer treatment and on two different occasions Ive scheduled my appointments to coincide with my Wifes treatment. I had fillings in some implants done by Dr. Rini after the originals fell out after six months. A month after Dr. Rini did the fillings they started to get lose and after a few months they fell out once again. A couple months ago I made an appointment to get the fillings repaired. When I went in they tried to charge me $175.00 for the appointment before I was even seated. I told them this was a warranty issue and that I didnt need to pay. They agreed and took me back. They did X-rays and agreed the fillings were in fact defective. At that time I also had a lose crown that another Aspen office put in and asked them to fix it as well. They said theyd need to reschedule me because the crown required me to have a total dental cleaning first and they walked me to checkout asking me to pay $ 1,600.00. I refused and told them it was a warranty issue as well and left. I headed back to South Carolina. I came back to Florida this week and booked an appointment specifically to put these fillings back in. When I got to the front desk to check in they told me I had to pay another $150.00 before I could be seen. One of the girls remembered the last time I was there and said I didnt have to pay. They then brought me back and one of the rudest ladies told me they had to reschedule me once again and that today was only another consultation. I asked her to just have the Doctor fill in the implants and she said she had to reschedule me for two more weeks. I told her that I was leaving this weekend and I needed it to get done now. She refused. I asked to see Doctor Rini and the rude girl came back and said shes busy with another patient and how busy she was. Now if this wasnt a warranty issue and they were getting money from me all would be good. I felt scammed and I let them know it was a scam what theyve done to me. Ive had a crown, three implants and theyve both failed and they refuse to fix them unless they can up charge me on other services. I will never go to Aspen dental again and I hope everyone who reads this understands the dishonorable way theyve treated me and by the looks of all the other negative reviews, Im not the only one. They dont deserve even one star. UPDATE: After posting this review Ive received a letter from Aspen Dental banning me from visiting any Aspen Dental practice.
