This is a clean welcoming yoga studio full of people who will make you feel welcome and comfortable no matter where you are in your health journey. The owner Stacy and the wonderful teachers are incredible. I can't wait to go back and keep getting stronger. Not to mention some fun shopping supporting local people and tea after your class.

It looks like I found a home to develop my yoga practice! The space itself is so inviting and has a thoughtful layout. Stacy, the owner, is gracious and kind. I've experienced several classes, each had a wonderful teacher who made a point to discover why I was there and led with intention. There are various classes that seem to meet multiple levels of practice. Highly recommend!

Wonderful new studio. Has a great feel inside and the studios space is clean, quiet and relaxing. Healthy and vegan snacks, gift items and books are also available.
