Andrea M. Was the greatest help she deserves a raise. Monday July 20 went back into store and Andrea M once again delivered incredible support. She made upgrading my phones so easy. T-mobile should do everything in their power to reward her and make sure that she will be a part of their team/staff for a long time.

We had to get new sim cards because T-Moblie bought Sprint but they could only do the Samsung phones. The IPhones wouldn't register the new cards so now we have to go back again once they figure that out. Not super convenient especially trying to wrangle my teens phones from them. The staff were great though.
