Absolutely the worst! I was on I4 this morning and 3-4 car lengths away from one of their dump trucks, they don’t cover their loads and a huge rock flew out and hit and shattered my window. I called to let them know and the lady that I spoke with had an attitude and transferred me to a guy that when I explained what happen told me they are not responsible and to bad for me! Not even an apology!!!

We where driving 70mph and got passed by a dump truck dropping rocks and almost shattered our wind shield and broke a whole bunch of sensors.

The absolute worst place to work. Management are clowns and the trucks are garbage. Stay far away from this place if you are a driver.

I only worked here 2.5 days of this week. I was told they needed me and brought me on for work. I was assigned truck 7016 - the lemon of the fleet that broke down both days I rode in it. Upon arrival, this truck was given a complete inspection. It would have failed a DOT inspection. Tires weren't legal, no defrost, no wiper fluid in the reservoir (because there was no reservoir cap, a plastic that costs less than $3.00 - keep that in mind), marker light out in the rear & tarp system not working properly. I gave this list to them in writing on their own vehicle inspection sheet. A few of the veterans that work there laughed at me when they saw me writing the inspection sheet i turned in. They said i was wasting my time. That should have been enough for me to know what this company was about. I failed to see that red flag. The first day out of the yard, D.O.T. ENFORCEMENT stopped me because of the marker light being out. Showed him that I had reported it. He deducted I was prior military, gave me a verbal warning instead of tickets totally over $1000.00 for an unsafe vehicle. Thank God I kept copies. To their credit, they changed my tires. They told me they worked on the tarping system. When i asked about the other things, they told me they never got the other things on my list (it's on hard copy, guys... you didn't read or didn't give a ****, one or the other). Either way, they asked me to stay home on a Thursday because they had no more spare trucks. Out of money. Friday, came in - no defrost, no wiper fluid (all D.O.T. Enforceable)... got on the truck. Tarp arm broke off on the very first load. Mechanic came out in a bad mood like it was my fault the company gave me a lemon of a truck that the previous driver didn't take care of. Brought it in. Asked about my pay Friday and today, Sunday, was told they didn't need my services because they had enough drivers. Is this the way Jason conducts his business? Is this the way Jason's Hauling, Inc. treats professional drivers that have his best interests at heart along with the safety of the general public? A good driver that actually cares about his truck - running safely and you let THAT driver go over the ones that don't give a squat about your equipment? That's really speaking volumes. I'm very disappointed in the owner. I left a message for him Friday and still have not heard back from him. If this is the case & confirmed of the way they treat employees, I don't recommend you do business with Jason or his dangerous equipment on the road. They obviously don't care about their trucks or drivers if this is the way they're going to treat me. I expected better than this from a local company with major contracts. I don't recommend you apply here or work for them. There's no integrity from leadership to be seen. When I see it and IF I see it moving forward, I'll remove this post and update it. Otherwise, don't bother working with this company. You'll likely regret it. I passed on an opportunity to work here and they've wasted my time and opportunity elsewhere. We'll see what they're made of. An owners word is only as good as the follow through, through action.
