Staff was to busy talking amongst each other to take my order. So I went to the bathroom came back and still waited about 5 mins with no one in front of me or at the drive thru window. They were quick once I was able to give my order. But the results of that was my fries was collllddd because they had been made them had them just sitting there waiting package in the different sizes. It was a bunch of kids that work there that don't appreciate how expensive things have gotten so they don't understand how no one wants to spend money on cold disgusting food and bad service. Won't be back!

Unfortunately this place (consistently) has difficulty getting things right. It's a convenient location so we order with our fingers crossed. Today we went through 3 people, and they still couldn't get our order right. Held up people in the drive-thru line, but this is not unusual. So please check your bag before pulling away. I do believe it has to do with language issues and understanding exactly what is being ordered. I do wish the management would do more to help customers and employees.

The McDonalds location at 7350 W Waters Ave, Tampa, FL 33634 has the absolute worst service ever! Employees with attitude, sarcastic and disrespectful! The place stays a mess 90% of the time and do nothing but stand around joking and playing instead of working. However, due to the homeless people coming into charge their phones the swung into action with that to the point of seriously going all the way to covering all the outlets but 2, making it hard for everyone to charge their phones while in the restaurant, yet they dont concentrate on the cleanness of the place. Pictures included. I gave one star cause I had to in order to leave this message otherwise I wouldnt of given them that!

I go there when they are not so busy.You would think one customer(me) in the place that they could fulfill one order without forgetting something.I can understand maybe 1 or2 times if it super busy.i can forgive and be nice about it but now it is every single time.The cashier I couldn't understand her because she talked low and the mask didn't help.It appears all they want to is get the customers out so can continue chatting with each other.If they would concentrate on their job as they do about chatting it chatting it would be a good place to go.Folks at Chick fil A could run circles around these people and get an order right .Incompetents from the manager all the way down to the employees

Literally asked for a McGriddle, and got a McBREAD. Does the general manager or big boss read these? This location sucks! Customer service is absolute trash, you can tell half the people in there are over their job. Thanks for giving my kid bread
