Hi, since I been hear the staff that they have now and best manager I've met seems to be doing a excellent job by improving how quick things get done and most of all someone is always in the office either on the phone taking care of business or doing it in person and Tonya is always there to make ur stay better. SHE'S DOING A GREAT JOB CAUSE FROM WHAT I GET TO SEE SHE DESERVES A RAISE

Its an okay place to live... Like that it is Quiet,
just don't like that Fact that the pool is ALWAYS CLOSED, it's the SUMMER time..

I shouldn't even give them one star they don't deserve it but they don't have the zero up there but on Dec/26/2023 my unit got flooded due to fire sprinkler in master bed room went off by it's self I stay in a townhouse and the water was everywhere spoke to Tonia new manager who actually don't keep her word cause due to the conditions the unit is now and the smell it's horrible it smells like mildew the walls are falling in pieces and ceilings and in top she refuses now to move me to another unit when on Tuesday we signed out new application for another unit and now the tables turned she wants to fix while we in unit I find it very unfair with her outcome I have a one year old on my contract and today I was called from daycare that baby is having breathing problems so I'll have to rush him to ER but my question do they care?? absolutely not cause is not them I'll post all the videos and pictures I have if you're looking to move here think twice... they have us in a unit smelling like mold and don't care but if u don't pay rent they good at posting eviction notice on door but tone for the pictures and videos so y'all can see my unit how they have us living I'll post all over social media cause I tried to work nice with her And that did not work am stressout and losing it Ppl should learn how to keep there word when the situation is regarding health wise cause this Here I Wish on no one it's a living nitemare And one more thing treat Ppl as u like to be treated

The rates are so true dont get me wrong the apartments are beautiful Im currently in a three bedroom 2 1/2 bath and it is beautiful. Its huge a lot of space my concern is they switched property managers since Ive been here 5 years and on top of that the parking is ridiculous you have so many people that live with other people thats not on their lease and they all have parking stickers so if you leave and come back or if you work late and come home, you absolutely have nowhere to park management needs to crack down on who stays with who, and how many parking stickers each person car could have it should be one sticker per car not 4 stickers. per car for one house is just not fair to the anyone that has to come home and dont have nowhere to park. Its out of control Its just a really ridiculous.
