I've been here about 13 years mainly because of the great location. While there has been a lot of management turnover during that time, I feel that the complex is in good hands with Maggie, the property manager, and hope that issues that arise are both immediately and satisfactorily addressed , so this remains a Westchase destination that we all can be proud of going forward.

My family and I just moved into this complex about three months ago now and love living here! The complex is under new management who are actively making changes and enforcing rules and lease agreements to make the property enjoyable for everyone! The people leaving bad reviews about kids not being able to play in the game rooms and what not are the same residents whos children are unsupervised when using the amenities and have broken and damaged the property on multiple occasions, leaving it unable to be used by other residents. I appreciate managements attention to the issue so the residents can continue to have access to the amenities without worrying about things being damaged or broken. This property is great if you want to live somewhere where the management actually manages the property and its residents so that it is an enjoyable experience for all who move in!!
