I would not recommend anyone to live at The Park at Gallaway in East Point. I have had issue with no hot water. Ive had 7 work orders and I still do not have hot water. There are baby snakes crawling and no one appears to be concerned. My dish washer does not work and my bathroom sink is always clogged up.. I called Corporate and left name and telephone number. No one has called me. Please do not move here

I can't say I'm pleased with service and treatment because I'd be lying. I just hope management gets better at The Park at Cornwall. It's great area but not at all exquisite or luxury. Crime is low and the streets are good. I like my apartment but management should try to work with residents who are paying residents. Cause most people don't even try to pay any rent. But I'm one who does and still gets done in.

Blue Magma Residential for The Park at Alston in Jacksonville Florida 32244 For harassment under this Management Company for throwing away a mattress that folds down in a box, An incident took place on cameras in the morning hours of 4/11/2024 A mattress was thrown away at the dumpster I was told by the Agent for Owner Courtney Patterson that the mattress couldnt fit in the dumpster I instructed her that its a bed in a box and she said no anyway then I stated that I would contact The City of Jacksonville Bulk Trash the Agent for Owner stated that Bulk trash from the city of Jacksonville wasnt allowed on the property. and that I would be charged 250.00 plus take a violation I am always on time with my payment plus pay insurance and want to dispose of a mattress only that could role down . Im giving notice to now received a Three day notice for Demand when I paid my rent full on April 1, 2024 I dont understand Im a Service Veteran and suffer from my own ailments and I feel as though this property establishment is taking advantage of its tenants Im new to being a rental tenant in this area of Florida and dont cause any trouble but this is troubling

This place was supposed to make me feel welcome moving far away from home. But since the day I moved in there has been so many issues very disappointing Im sick in this contract

Ive only been here two weeks and its the worse experience Ive endured from an apartment complex. I pay extra for washer and dryer on my second day here the dryer didnt work; I informed the leasing office that Monday they sent a mechanic out who came Wednesday. I heard nothing else from him after he left out the door . I contacted the leasing office again after 24 hours to get an update. They stated that it wouldnt be able to be fixed until Monday of the following week. So technically unless I go to a laundry mat I would be going 12 whole days. On top of that I enrolled into their credit builder account I paid my entire balance to move in. I kept noticing that it was saying my payment was overdue; remind you I moved in on the 28th and first month rent and etc was paid on or before the 28th the first of the month rent was included in that balance I call the leasing office to see why a past due balance was still on my account. The representative inside the leasing office said that he didnt see my first month rent money order in my files. Im so thankful I kept all money order receipts because they tried to play me like the balance had not been paid. He stated he would speak with someone in the leasing office to locate my money order. HOW DO YOU LOSE A MONEY ORDER ?! This by far hasnt been the best experience and I urge whoever to move in to keep all your receipts and whatever important document on hand and make sure your apartment is move in ready before u get there .
