Poor customer service, always hires the cheapest maintenance workers which always takes 2 to 3 calls to complete work orders.

Working with Stephanie and Daniel in the Construction team is smooth and productive. Communication is clear and timely.
The entire Renters Warehouse team is invested in resolving issues and helping out as much as possible and it is a pleasure to work with.

Update on horrible company! I gave my 60 days notice for safe reasons! the Police were at the condo more often than not, drugs were being sold and done at this complex, the smell of POT and METH were prevalent. A man was arrested for exposing himself - condo has refused to take action to evict him - wasnt safe after dark so I decided to break my lease for my safety gave my 60s days notice and RENTERS WAREHOUSE still wants their early termination fee of $4000. with all of these issues and the fact you could not use the pool because the Board cant seem to find a good pool company and the pool was always green...Greed over someone's safety that is what it boils down too. I repeat DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
This experience is the worst I have ever had!!! I just moved into this place this past saturday - put my food in the freezer and found that the door does not shut properly. I contacted Julie who rented the unit to me she stated I needed to call Renters Warehouse which I did they emailed me wanting a picture of the door which I sent to them then crickets NOTHING no response no return email nothing. I contact Julie again on Saturday, Sunday and Monday NO RESPONSE from her either. In the meantime I lost &70.00 dollars worth of food - who is going reimburse me????? The lack of professionalism, customer service is unbelievable. I work for an attorney so I will be asking what my options.... do not use this company...
