        I havent even put my child in the facility yet and when I call they pick up and immediately hang up on me. Wow!!!! You have people children in there.... pick up your phone and use it!!!

        In the beginning was great, very organized, clean and great service . Now I don't know what is going on. I have so many issues. everyday it is something new. bruises that nobody knows. underwear over diaper , many times I pick up my son with bm. Now he shows signs of dehydration , no interest to go there. I complain many times but no changes. I really worry about it.
