Kyle & Jose' did the job that the other plumber said could not be done!! They replaced the shower arm without having to cut into the tile! They took the NORMAL WEAR & TEAR broken arm out and replaced it. AWESOME JOB courteous, classy & professional. Thank you!

The technician came and said the garbage disposal is burnt, has to be replaced. He bad mouthed the warranty company that sent him and said he needs approval. He didn't send report to warranty company for 12 days and then sent lies saying nothing is wrong!! He is dishonest and has an attitude problem. The office is not any better since they wouldn't really get involved except tell me the technician will be in touch, they even lied claiming they sent report and warranty company is having a problem approving repairs. The warranty company finally had to assign another plumbing company and escalate issue in their own system! To be clear I have dealt with this warranty company for years and never ever had such a terrible experience. Services: Waste disposal repair, Tap repair

Trace from A-Stone replaced 3 sink facets, 2 shower heads, 2 shower valves and replaced hardware. Trace did an outstanding job. Both of my bathrooms look amazing. Trace is highly knowledgeable, skilled and professional. Trace has a great personality working with clients. Because of his work, A-Stone Plumbing is the only plumbing company I will use.
