I'm about ready to rent some things for a party and I noticed their reviews. I have been renting things from this company for the last 10 years period every experience I have ever had has been off the chart wonderful. It's amazing how one bad review can bring down your score period if you like to read reviews before renting or using a company please make sure you read all of the reviews. This company is five star!

The representative was rude and didn't not seem interested in doing business. When will companies learn that there are many other businesses that will provide top notch service and go above and beyond for their customers. Do yourself a favor and invest in customer oriented representatives to answer the phones and maybe you won't lose more customers like myself.
