Unfortunately very bad. I have given them the opportunity a few times (because of the insurance), but they never get it right and I don't have time to go back, waiting more days for their diagnosis to be correct. The treatment from the supervisor or manager is horrible, at least the one at the front desk is friendlier. At Sam's I had a quick and effective diagnosis. Unfortunately very bad. 0313/2024 at 8:40 am I approached the door at the store and a male employee rushed to lock door and turn his back. The opening time is 9 am I understand but there is no need to have a nasty attitude. All I wanted was to ask about a 4 weeks waiting on an answer about my son glasses frame . Yes you heard right! . A waiting of a month for a simple call. I have use there services for many years and I noticed how lost and unprofessional is their staff at this particular location.
