Avoid at all costs! What a horrible experience I had at this location. I went in for a eye exam with contacts and was charged WAY MORE than I should. I did not realize it till later they charged me for a "premium" fitting. There is nothing premium about this place When I called to ask about it they got very defensive and said the insurance was lying to me (and broke the law saying they already charged me for contacts). After the call I was very uncomfortable doing business with them and asked for my prescription so I could get contacts elsewhere. Also to refund the amount they charged to my insurance for contacts. They refused and said they mail me a check I think they lied because they said the check amount sad more then the contacts were supposed to cost. Also I never received it. Humana said that is highly irregular to do that and I agree it sounds really sketchy. After many back and forths he agreed to refund everything minus the cost to cancel the check. He also had the nerve to say I should not be shady. I filled an appeal with my insurance and then a claim with my card. The appeal process was a joke because my benefits renew in a few days so it just became a complaint for the merchant So to sum it all up, DO NOT GO HERE They have high prices, unsavory business practices, and terrible customer service.

The family is so sweet and welcoming. They take their time getting to know what you need and are very receptive to questions.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at East Oak Optical. My husband, children, and I all received eye exams and found Dr. Small and his wife to be a lot of fun and efficient. We highly recommend East Oak Optical for your entire families eye care needs.
