        Messed up my print job, which was only binding 6 manuals, then told me I need to drop them back off and come back ANOTHER day (one hour round trip drive) because its first come, first serve, even when we mess up! And this is just my latest AWFUL customer service experience at this store! I am done! Terrible, terrible.
